Opened on September 5th, 2004 die BierStube is Chris NavarraÕs second German style tavern in Seattle. His first bar, Prost! has been serving Phinney Ridge GermanyÕs finest since 2002. Feierabend, his third, featuring a full menu of German cuisine has been delighting the palates of South Lake Union since February 2006. After spending much of his childhood in Germany visiting his family, Chris decided that Seattle needed to experience German bier and food the way it should be served. Each bier is imported from Germany and served in the appropriate style of glassware. Prost!
